1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cam Afrik, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cam Afrik.
• You must not access the website if adult content is prohibited in your country.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Use of Tokens & Payments

• Members may purchase virtual tokens to tip or interact with performers.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Tokens have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Member Conduct

• No recording, distributing, or sharing content without permission.
• No harassment, abuse, or threats towards performers or other members.
• No requests for illegal or non-consensual acts.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and technology belong to Cam Afrik. Members may view and interact but may not copy, distribute, or exploit content.

7. Privacy & Security

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cam Afrik uses secure measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

Cam Afrik provides the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for user or performer content. Members must comply with local laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
