By creating an account or using Cam Afrik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

• 2, Engage in non-consensual sexual content, child exploitation, bestiality, or violence.


• 3, Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.


• 4, Share personal contact information publicly on the platform.


• 5, Attempt to bypass security systems or copy platform code.

5. Performer Content Rules

• 1, All content must be consensual and created by you or with consent from all participants.


• 2, Comply with record-keeping laws such as 18 U.S.C. §2257 (where applicable).


• 3, No content may depict minors or non-consenting individuals.

6. Payments & Payouts

• 1, Viewers purchase tokens to tip or pay for shows and content.


• 2, Performers earn a percentage of viewer spending as displayed in their dashboard.


• 3, Payouts are made through approved methods (bank transfer, mobile money, crypto, etc.).


• 4, Minimum payout thresholds apply.


• 5, Taxes and fees are the performer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

• 1, You retain ownership of your original content but grant Cam Afrik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it.


• 2, Cam Afrik’s branding, trademarks, and code remain our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

• 1, We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.


• 2, You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

• 1, Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.


• 2, We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


• 3, We are not responsible for user-generated content or conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cam Afrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cam Afrik, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
